STEPHEN P. DORSA, PRESIDENT
Mr. Dorsa has over twenty-five years of experience in the general engineering construction industry.  This experience includes mass earth moving, aggregate production, mining and reclamation, road building, trucking, hazardous waste handling, underground utilities and paving.  As president, Mr. Dorsa is the qualifying officer for the two contractors licenses held by RUBY DOME, INC.

SELECT EXPERIENCE
President for RUBY DOME, INC. from 1993 to present.  His responsibilities include overall supervision of all areas, estimate all major projects, sales and customer relations, develop and incorporate project execution plans and coordinate and oversee all aspects of major projects from estimating to final inspections.

Estimated, developed plan and oversaw reclamation projects for Independence Mine and White Pine Mine

Manager of  all Ruby Dome aggregate production.

Supervised installation of a complete water system for the town of McGill, Nevada

Managed installation of over one mile of pressurized sewer line under the Humboldt River, under the direction of the Army Corp of Engineers.

Demolished a gold processing lab that was heavily contaminated with mercury.  This job required Level B personal protective equipment, and was under the direction of the Nevada Department t of Environmental Protection.
